What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept high-resolution files in PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI formats. For the best print quality, we recommend a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
Are your stickers waterproof and weather-resistant?
Yes, our stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a protective laminate, making them resistant to water, sunlight, and scratches. They are perfect for outdoor use.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I see a proof before my stickers are printed?
Absolutely! We send a digital proof to your email within 24 hours of your order. We won't start printing until you have officially approved the design.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing. The more stickers you order of a single design, the lower the price per sticker becomes. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
What is your return policy for custom products?
Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will replace it free of charge.
